Clear, Simple Payment Options for All Aerial Services

To keep every project efficient, fair, and stress-free, Peachtree Aerial Photography uses a straightforward pricing and billing system. All services follow the same structure, ensuring clear expectations and smooth delivery from start to finish.

Payment Options

You may choose either option:

Option 1 – Full Payment Up Front (Discounted Rate)

Clients who prefer to pay in full before the appointment receive a reduced rate.
This option is the simplest and often preferred for real estate, inspections, and small projects.

Option 2 – 50% Deposit + 50% Before Delivery

  • 50% deposit to schedule your appointment
  • 50% final payment required before photos or videos are delivered

Final images are released once the balance is paid.

Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept:

  • ACH direct bank deposit
  • PayPal
  • Cash (local sessions only)
  • Business check (pre-approved clients)
  • Bitcoin (BTC)
  • Other approved cryptocurrencies (USDT, USDC, BNB, and selected stablecoins)

If paying with cryptocurrency, the pricing is converted to the current market exchange rate at checkout. Using USDT might best.

Delivery of Photos and Videos

  • Final media is delivered digitally through a download link
  • Delivery occurs after final payment is received
  • Most projects deliver within 24 hours unless otherwise noted

We never hold files once payment is completed.

Cancellation Policy

  • 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule
  • Deposits are non-refundable once travel has begun
  • If poor weather prevents safe flight, we will reschedule at no charge
  • If rescheduling is not possible, the deposit is refunded in full

Safety is always the top priority.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only when:

  • Weather prevents safe operations and rescheduling is not possible
  • The service cannot be completed due to equipment failure or restricted airspace

Once photos or videos are delivered, all sales are final.

Starting Rates

To maintain flexibility for different property sizes and project types, pricing varies.
Typical starting points include:

  • Residential real estate: from $175
  • Roof inspections: from $175
  • Commercial properties: from $225
  • Acreage / land photography: based on acreage
  • Churches & institutions: from $195
