Selling a home has so many complications. It is not as
easy as it may look.
My suggest is to call an agent and talk with them. If you feel
comfortable, use them.
I would recommend an agent belong to a MLS and to find out
you must ask.
MLS stands for a Multiple Listing Service. Most
Realtors belong to this service. It is a service
not available to the public and any member belonging must be
professionally licensed and insured before being allowed to join.
Ask how many years they have been experienced, if they are
part time or full time agents.
There are more questions and you will have some of your
own. If you don't ask, you won't find out.
